NHA ANNOUNCES OPEN SOURCE DIRECTION FOR MEDWARE APPLICATION

As Cognos partners since 1985, NHA is proud to have been chosen as an Alpha and Beta testing partner in the testing and proving of their recent Powerhouse on Linux release.

NHA has worked with Cognos over many months on this project, and will continue to encourage further development and new features on these important Open Source platforms, and assist Cognos by acting as early adopters and providing valuable feedback.

NHA and its clients will benefit from their experience working with Cognos in porting their applications to HP-UX and IBM-AIX as well as MS-NT and a variety of DBMS platforms, to bring their applications to a wider audience, and ensure that their current clients continue to enjoy the robust functionality and productivity that Powerhouse and NHA's Medware, Careware and UPS applications bring to their daily administration challenges.

Together with their clients, NHA can look forward to many years of Open Source computing, with all the cost and reliability benefits this undoubtedly brings.
