Medware: Licensing Options

Option 1 – First Level Services

     (Medware Application and NHA Maintenance Team)

• Client purchases Hardware and Software Platform as specified and advised by NHA
• NHA installs Medware administration software on the client’s Platform
• Historical Data is Converted to Medware Standard
• All Client Staff are formally trained by NHA
• Dedicated on-site NHA personnel manage, maintain and enhance Medware application for the duration of the contract

Option 2 – Second Level Services

(Complete ICT Platform, Medware Application and NHA Maintenance Team)

• NHA supplies complete ICT Platform necessary to successfully deploy Medware, including PC workstations.
• NHA installs Medware administration software on the Platform
• Historical Data is Converted to Medware Standard
• All Client Staff are formally trained by NHA
• Dedicated on-site NHA personnel manage, maintain and enhance Medware and Platform for the duration of the contract
• Platform renewal forms part of NHA Contract
• Client is free to concentrate on Core Business
